Return & Exchange policy
Blooming is proud to offer convenient and generous Return & Exchange Policy to customers, considering all required Health and Safety laws, according to the following conditions:
- The product must be with its original packaging, hang-tags, and the receipt, not damaged or used.
- The product is returned within 10 days of the date of delivery ( products purchased during offers / sale can only be returned during offers / sale period).
- Underwear products cannot be returned.
- If the product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the products purchased, as part of the multi-buy must be returned at the same time.
- Refunds will be in your wallet or bank account within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned shipment.
- If you receive a damaged item, you will not be charged with any additional fees. We are going to pay the shipping fee to return that item back to our warehouse and send a replacement for you as soon as our team finishes inspecting your shipment.
- If your item matches the return & exchange policy, the shipping fees to return your item will be deducted from your account:
Within Saudi Arabia : FREE
Gulf States : 90 SAR
Rest of the world : 120 SAR
Canceling or Changing your Order
- Although we are not able to make changes to your order, you have an hour to cancel it by contacting us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You have the right to cancel your order in case of a delivery delay on for more than 15 days.
Exchanging your order:
It can be done after receiving your shipment at our warehouse and once it is inspected by our team. Please be aware that the amount will be added as a balance in your wallet at our online store, then you can re-order.
How to request a return:
Please send the following information to our customer service team (email@example.com ):
1- The 5-digit order number.
2- The bar codes of the products to be returned.
3- The address to request a pick up for the returned shipment.
You will receive a return policy in your e-mail.
