At Blooming, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience, and customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Our return, payment, and delivery policies are designed to ensure clarity and protect the rights of all parties.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

  • Each order can be returned once free of charge within 10 days from the delivery date (within KSA only).
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and invoice.
  • All returned items will be inspected before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear or any item containing innerwear
  • Swimwear
  • Beauty products (including perfumes, accessories, socks, and slippers)

If the returned product does not meet the conditions and the customer requests it to be sent back, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Bundle or multi-item purchases must be returned بالكامل.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned in physical stores.
  • If the return shipment is delayed أكثر من 14 يومًا، يتم إلغاء الطلب.
  • Gifts can only be exchanged with a gift receipt (no cash refunds).
  • Returns are not available for orders outside KSA.
  • For unreceived local orders, shipping fees will be deducted.
  • International orders are non-refundable if not received.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within one hour of confirmation before processing begins.

After one hour, cancellations are no longer possible and the return policy applies.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Fees

  • Within KSA: SAR 19
  • International: SAR 90 per item (max SAR 500)
  • Free delivery for orders above SAR 499 within KSA

Delivery Time

  • Within KSA: up to 3 business days
  • International: up to 8 business days
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

Customs & Duties

  • Orders within KSA include all taxes and fees.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country.
  • Fees are payable upon delivery.
  • You may contact UPS or local customs for an estimate.
