• You can return your Blooming purchases once in 10 days and within KSA for free, and only within 24 hours during the sale and offer period.
• Purchases must be in their original state and packaging and with the relevant invoice.
• For hygienic reasons, no underwear, lingerie, swimsuit, perfumes or accessories can be exchanged.
• The money is transferred after the products are received and inspected. Delivery fees are reimbursed only if the product is defective or erroneous.
• Discounted products amount will be refunded to the customer's wallet.
• A product purchased as part of a bundle offer may not be returned alone, all products must be returned together.
• Products purchased via the website must be returned through customer service on the website only.
• If the shipping company is not responsive and the return delivery is delayed for more than 14 days, the return request is canceled.
• Please note that no refunds are available for purchases made from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• In the case of non-receipt of the order within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For international orders, neither the order value nor the shipping fees will be refunded in the event of non-receipt of the order.
