Return Policy
At Blooming, your satisfaction is our priority. If you happen to change your mind about your purchases, we’d be happy to return them for you under the specified terms and conditions.

Return Policy:

•   You can return your Blooming purchases once in 10 days and within KSA for free, and only within 24 hours during the sale and offer period.

•   Purchases must be in their original state and packaging and with the relevant invoice.

•   For hygienic reasons, no underwear, lingerie, swimsuit, perfumes or accessories can be exchanged. 

•  The money is transferred after the products are received and inspected. Delivery fees are reimbursed only if the product is defective or erroneous.

•  Discounted products amount will be refunded to the customer's wallet.

•  A product purchased as part of a bundle offer may not be returned alone, all products must be returned together.

•  Products purchased via the website must be returned through customer service on the website only.

•  If the shipping company is not responsive and the return delivery is delayed for more than 14 days, the return request is canceled.

• Please note that no refunds are available for purchases made from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• In the case of non-receipt of the order within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For international orders, neither the order value nor the shipping fees will be refunded in the event of non-receipt of the order.

•   You can cancel your order within one hour, by communicating with the customer service team: CRM@bloomingwear.com

 An hour after the order, cancellation of the order is no longer possible, and your purchases must be returned as per the below:

Payment Methods
What are payment methods available when shopping from Blooming?

Blooming supports Apple pay, Mada debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. You can also choose to pay at your own pace with COD or split it with Tamara  and Tabby services.

Tamara Payment :

Blooming gives you the option to buy now and pay later with Tamara payment services, available only in KSA.

You’ll have the option of splitting your payment into 2, 3 or 4 installments with no extra charges, you’ll pay one at the time of purchase and the rest within 60 days. You’ll have to register by filling in your date of birth, ID and mobile numbers, then confirming by use of the OTP code and entering your card details. Once you do that the first time, you will be able to just log in using your mobile number.

You’ll be eligible to use Tamara at checkout only if your order has a value ranging from a minimum of SAR 99 up to SAR 1500.

Tabby Payment :

Blooming gives you the option to buy now and pay later with Tabby payment services, available only in KSA.

You’ll have the option of splitting your payment into 4 interest-free payments or earn cashback or both.

You can check out without using your credit card, all you need is your valid ID. You will know exactly what you’ll need to pay and when you’ll need to pay it.

COD Payment :

To enjoy better service, Blooming offers our customers in Saudi Arabia a cash-on-delivery service, either by paying cash or by card when the order arrives at your door. For and additional cost of SAR 29.

The order is confirmed after calling the customer's mobile number within three days of ordering. unsuccessful communication leads to order cancellation.

What are Blooming’s delivery options?

Blooming offers you tracked delivery within Saudi Arabia, SAR 29. To the Gulf States: SAR 90. To the rest of the world: SAR 120.

Free delivery for orders above 399SAR in SA

Blooming offers our customers in Saudi Arabia a cash-on-delivery service for an additional SAR 29.

When will I receive my order?

Orders within KSA will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery to Gulf states and the rest of the world might take up to 8 working days, and may extend longer during peak seasons.

Make sure to include your full required details (address, mobile number, etc.) correctly to make sure you receive your order on time and without undue delay.

Are there any customs and/or duty charges?

The amount paid within KSA is inclusive of delivery fees, and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For Gulf and international orders, customs and/or duty charges will apply, based on each country’s requirements and will be collected upon delivery. You can contact UPS or your local customs office to obtain an estimate of the customs charges.

Will my items be shipped together?

Yes, your whole order will be delivered at the same time within the same shipment.
