• Within KSA: SAR 25
• Free delivery for orders above SAR 299 within KSA
• International shipping is temporarily paused and will resume at a later date.

Delivery Time

• Jeddah, Riyadh & Dammam: 2–3 business days
• Other cities within KSA: 3–5 business days
• Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

Customs & Duties

• Orders within KSA include all taxes and fees.
• Once international shipping resumes, international orders may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country.
• Customs fees are payable upon delivery.
